How to Book VILLA PIMA or VILLA SOLEDAD and rules governing the hiring of houses.

VILLA PIMA and VILLA SOLEDAD, are houses of tourist use that are rented completely, not for rooms.

Prior to confirm a reservation you can arrange a home visit. The visit of the house has a cost of 35.00 euros, which will be deducted upon reservation.

VILLA PIMA has the record of Housing Tourism Use of the Generalitat de Catalunya No HUTG-001706.

VILLA SOLEDAD has the record of Housing Tourism Use of the Generalitat de Catalunya No HUTG-001707.

The minimum stay is 1 week (7 nights), from Saturday to Saturday.

The rental price includes utilities (water, gas, electricity), bed linen, bath towels, final cleaning of the house and VAT.

Not included in the price Tourist tax, payable in cash on arrival (0,50.- euro per night per person, with a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 16 are exempt from this tax).

Each book has a caution of 500,00.- euros, refunded by bank tranfer in 1 week after the march. This caution responsibility for possible damage to furniture or facilities.
As confirmation of booking, the tenant must make payment of 40% of the rental rent. Payment must be made by bank transfer.

The remaining amount of income from rent and security deposit must be paid by bank transfer 50 days before arrival.

Failure to pay the remaining rent and / or non-payment of the deposit, the arrival date stated in the lease, unless expressly authorized by the lessor, will void the reservation for nonpayment.

* The cancellation of the reservation until 90 days before arrival will result in a penalty of 25% of the amount paid for the reservation.
* The cancellation of booking less than 90 days and 60 days before arrival carries a penalty of 50% of the amount paid for the reservation.
* The cancellation of the booking less than 60 days carries a penalty of 100% of the total amount of rent paid.

Houses Villa Pima and Villa Soledad are equipped with furniture and fixtures necessary for proper habitability, be in good condition and a day in obtaining Certificate of Occupancy (CHG0097711001 and CHG0097511001, dated 01-03-2011).

The heating is available between November 1st and April 30th.

The tenant may not assign, transfer or sublet to third natural persons or legal this contract Rental.
